Patient Information For Clinical Merger  


 


Online Services (EMIS Online) 


Online services will cease from 11th January until 3rd February 2021 due to the merge in clinical systems. You will need to contact us after 3rd February 2021 to request a new login and password.  


 


Repeat Prescriptions  


If you are due repeat prescriptions from 10th January 2021 to 20th January 2021 please contact us before 10th January 2021 to order an extra Prescription.  


 


Repeat Dispensing  


If you are a patient that has repeat dispensing this will cease as of 1st January 2021. This is due to the clinical merge and not being able to cancel or amend future dated prescriptions via the new system.  


 


Appointments  


Appointments from 11th January 2021 to 19th January 2021 will be for urgent issues only. Any routine work will cease during this time. The new system will not be live until 19th January 2021.  


 


Additional Information  


We will not have access to any pathology results.  


We will not have access to electronic documents.  


All routine referrals will be delayed until the new system is live.
